McCall had several teammates nominated for the Core Value Awards in February, the second month the team held this celebration. The awards honor teammates who have been recognized by their peers for how they exemplify our 22 service standards both personally and professionally.

They enjoy his service, communication, and how he treats their home as his own. He is someone many teammates look up to because of this commitment to service! Heather C. is a member of our Inside Sales Team. She champions those around her, always encouraging the best out of everyone. Heather wants everyone to be successful and loves to support her team! Dee H. is with our Support Team. If you know Dee, then you know that she always goes above and beyond! Teammates appreciate her patience, care, and support. She is always a pleasure to work with and always keeps the teammate and the customer first. Congratulations, Dee!

Freddie R. does whatever it takes to take care of the customer! Regardless of the difficulty, he will always take the extra step to make sure our customer comes first. The most common words our clients use to describe Freddie are ‘polite,’ ‘courteous,’ and ‘friendly.’ He is humble and the type of teammate who all enjoy working with! Congratulations, Freddie!
