Amy has been with McCall for over a year and is currently our Tampa Branch Office Manager.

Amy embodies all Core Values, but she truly lives by McCall’s #9 Service Standard to the fullest – making a difference and leaving a positive impact on her team, customers, and community each day. She aims to make a difference and leaves a positive impact on our team, customers, and community through every interaction. Everyone looks forward to speaking to Amy and she makes herself readily available when needed. Her ability to create a welcoming space in the office does not go unnoticed and we’re grateful to have her on the Tampa team!

Lenny has been with the McCall Family for five years, first in the lawn service department and later transitioning to the pest department, where he is now a Pest Service Professional.

Lenny exemplifies McCall’s commitment by ensuring his teammates grasp procedures and complete tasks effectively. What’s a fun fact about this teammate?
Lenny is a dad to five adorable children and is bilingual. He also has a talent for doing his own tattoos (with proper tools and equipment!).

Kelly joined the McCall family in the beginning of 2023, and she has recently taken on an Administrative Role on our Customer Care team.

Kelly lives out McCall’s Core Value Aspire to be Exceptional by going the extra mile each day. On day one, Kelly told the team that she wants to “learn and grow in every way.” She uses that mindset to encourage growth on our team and in our community.

Kelly is a huge fan of ‘Wheel of Fortune’, and she hopes to be on the show someday!

Eric is a well-rounded teammate, encompassing the McCall Core Values into his daily life. Providing pest control to DOD sites can be overwhelming, but Eric truly takes on the McCall Way in everything he does and represents McCall in the best ways. How long has the teammate been with McCall?
Caroline currently works as a Wildlife Technician and joined the McCall Family in 2023.
How does this teammate represent McCall? What Core Value do they embody?
Caroline came to McCall in 2023 with prior pest and wildlife experience, but her onboarding experience was promising since she clearly loved the field. She has shown true initiative in her daily work and has since absorbed the McCall Way, especially with her Customers First, Team Always attitude. She possesses excellent customer service skills and continuously creates a culture of ownership. Caroline has taken on (and dominated) one of the largest routes in Jacksonville East. She recently transitioned into her Wildlife Technician role and we’re happy to have her in that role and appreciate having her on the team.

Caroline loves animals, which is why her role is perfect for her!

Jorge joined the McCall Family 4 years ago and has been a Pest Control Technician since beginning with us. He has over 20 years of experience in the pest control industry – he knows his stuff!
How does this teammate represent McCall? What Core Value do they embody?
Our team wanted to recognize Jorge because of his ability to always do what is right. He will always put the customer and team first and is truly a model teammate. The Core Value that he exemplifies is Customer First. Team Always, because he exceeds our customers’ expectations with pride and professionalism.
What’s a fun fact about this teammate?
Jorge is a talented musician, able to play multiple instruments. He was also hired on his Branch Manager’s birthday, and it has been a gift and blessing to have him on the team!

Amber joined the McCall Family in 2019 and has since been promoted to Sales Support Coordinator, assisting the Inside and Outside Sales Professionals.

She loves Winnie the Pooh and has collected many Pooh-inspired items over the years, including designer handbags, clothing, and more! Her collection is ‘Pooh’ crazy!
