Natalie has played a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition with incoming teammates. She is always willing to ensure the team’s success, regardless of how busy we might be or the needs that pop up. Natalie’s refusal to settle for complacency drives our entire organization toward a more strategic future. We are thankful for her example that makes us all better!

Chris’ growth mindset allows him to foster an environment of positive results, both for his customers and his team. He is always willing to hear a customer’s challenge, question, or concern so he can work with his customer to resolve the issue! He has great leadership skills that he continues to improve and is always team-first, looking ahead to address concerns before they become a problem.
