After an exceptional 40-year career in the pest control industry, Al Formella, the Vice President of Operations at McCall Service, is retiring. Al has been an inspiration to the many teammates that have crossed his path and will be missed among the McCall Family.

His involvement with local organizations, including the Ocala Rotary Club, truly defines his commitment to making a positive difference within his community, the McCall Family, and beyond.
Teammates within McCall describe Al as gracious, kind, and informative; there aren’t enough great things anyone could say about Al that would describe him well enough ! John Cooksey, McCall Service brand ambassador and former own er, describes Al as someone who has touched countless lives, offering invaluable wisdom and guidance. Josh Cooksey, general manager of McCall Service, recognizes Al’s dedication, commitment to excellence, and genuine care for his teammates, acknowledging the significant impact he has had on those around him.
It is rare to find a leader who cares so deeply about the work, the industry, and the people all at once. As Al embraces this new chapter of his life, the McCall Family is grateful for all he has contributed to the company, community, and team. We wish him, and his wife, a retirement filled with joy and cherished moments.
