Stand-Alone Home Inspections
A home inspection is a process by which a home buyer can identify concerns or areas that need to be addressed prior to purchase. These inspections include assessing the state of:
- HVAC systems (heating and air conditioning)
- Plumbing and electrical
- Roof
- Attic and insulation
- Walls, ceilings, floors
- Windows and doors
- Foundation, basement and structural components
Home inspections vary in length and detail, depending on factors such as the home’s age, maintenance, building materials, and more.
Our stand-alone home inspection may be bundled with other inspections to include a comprehensive pest inspection, termite inspection, and termite letter.
Termite Inspections, Pest Inspections, and Termite Letters
In Florida, home mortgage lenders such as banks, mortgage companies, and other lenders often require that homes get a “clean bill of health” from pest and termite damage and activity. This inspection comes in the form of a termite clearance letter that shows the structure has been inspected by a licensed pest professional.
In Florida, these letters are known as Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Reports (WDOs) and in Georgia they are called Wood Infestation Inspection Reports (WIRs).

Your home inspector provides—in addition to their knowledge and expertise—a high quality, professional report. This report is not just comprehensive. It is easy to read and available to view at your convenience using a computer, tablet, or mobile smartphone. Compiling a report “on-site” as some companies do may not be indicative of professional or thorough inspection.
We set ourselves apart with clear communication and documentation. At McCall Service, we commit to outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and results you can trust. Our comprehensive inspection report will be available to you no later than two (2) business days following the inspection, guaranteed.
