Nothing! Your account, service, and care will remain consistent. Our goal is for you to experience only the benefits to Greenhouse joining the McCall Family. You’ll begin to see the McCall logo on your statements, on our uniforms and trucks, and around town over the next few months.

Do I need to do anything to keep my current service?

No! Your current services and service schedule will remain the same. The only difference you’ll experience is beginning to see McCall on your statements, our uniforms and trucks, and around town.

Will my service or bill change?

No! Everything about your current service and billing will remain the same. You will see the McCall logo featured on your statement/bill moving forward.

Will my service technician change?

We have many customers who enjoy seeing the same familiar faces every service. By joining the McCall Family, we’ll continue to grow for you, adding more exceptional teammates to serve you better. The same technicians you’ve come to know and love are still with McCall and will continue to serve the homes in our community.

Will my account number change?

Yes, with our updated system, most customers will see an Account Number update. You will begin to see this on your statements going forward. Please know that this does not impact your account, services, or billing.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes! We’re excited about our updated system that will allow you keep a credit card on file for autopayment, pay your bill online, and chat with a teammate online if you ever have a question. To register for an online account, use the information found on your next statement.

Will you still offer the same services?

Yes! Plus, with McCall, we’ll also be able to offer additional services to you, your family, or your business to better protect your property. See our extensive list of pest services now available to you!

McCall Service is another local pest control provider with over 70 years of experience serving homes and businesses in Florida. They have an incredible reputation for how they care for customers, the service level they provide, and their exceptional team. Because we want to always offer you our best with the service and care you experience, we felt partnering with Greenhouse would allow our team to continue to service your home the way it deserves for years to come.

Everything you’ve come to know and love about your service with us. Your service will remain effective! The same people you know and love will continue to serve our customers, now with the McCall name. While you will begin to see McCall on our trucks, uniforms, statements, and more, the service and exceptional care you’re accustomed to will remain the same. Our goal is for you to only experience the benefits of our two teams partnering.

Who is McCall Service?

McCall Service is a family-operated company founded by the Cooksey family in North Florida. They’ve continued to grow in Florida as a strong, well-known brand to customers, providing exceptional residential and commercial services. They currently offer pest, termite, mosquito, lawn care, wildlife, crawlspace, attic, and other services. They strive to create exceptional, people-first service.

Does Greenhouse still operate in Tampa, FL?

Yes, the Greenhouse owners are still serving local Tampa, FL customers as Greenhouse. If you have a property with Greenhouse in the Tampa area, you will continue to see service and statements for that property from Greenhouse.

McCall Service has been family-operated since 1928. Now led by Josh Cooksey in our third generation of Cooksey family leadership, we strive to create exceptional experiences for our customers, communities, and most importantly, our teammates. We offer total property protection solutions to our Florida customers. We continue to grow alongside our partner, Northwest Exterminating, offering our teammates a wide range of growth opportunities across the Southeast.
